That's right! Want to be an official SAILOR SCOUT! How? JOIN THE SAILOR MOON CLUB! And in the 1990's you could do so... by filling out the form or calling the number, registering and sending in a payment for $17.95 !!!! Unless you lived in California which it would cost you $19.03 or in Canada which it was $21.95 ! But YES you could be a Sailor Scout and in about five weeks you would get the official Sailor Moon Sailor Scout kit!
I had a Sailor Moon pillow case and on the back was a form to fill out to send in to receive these items. I did and I waited and waited and waited and some how my items were sent to my grandmothers address not mine, so I ended up waiting some more till the most fabulous day came and I opened it all.
What was included in the kit? Check it because it was A LOT!!!! In my vintage item collection, THIS WAS THE MECCA OF ALL SAILOR MOON ITEMS because it was so VERY rare!
